SHIPPING
Every item is made to order with care to ensure the highest quality. Processing times vary depending on the size, complexity, and level of customization of your order. Larger or more intricate designs may require additional production time before shipment.
If you need your order by a specific date, please email jmcustoms2020@gmail.com before placing your order (or immediately after) with your requested delivery date. While we cannot guarantee every deadline, we'll do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.
Please note that fully custom designs, personalized requests, or design modifications require additional time for design, approval, and production.

RETURNS
All sales are final. Please review all photos, sizing, and product details before purchasing. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for assistance at jmcustoms2020@gmail.com.
